Where closure is due to Member request or other non-breach reasons, real money balances will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending investigations or AML holds.
All content on the SVIP7 Platform — including but not limited to the SVIP7 brand name, logo, trademarks, software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, data compilations, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of SVIP7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication. Any use of SVIP7's intellectual property beyond the scope of this licence — including reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation — is prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

SVIP7 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. SVIP7 shall not be liable for any wagers affected by such interruptions, subject to its settlement error policy.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
